Cass Marie Chiulli brings warmth, wisdom, and deep reverence for individual healing journeys to her yoga practice. A 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with passions for meditation and pranayama breathwork, she combines her psychology background with years of personal practice and lived experience to create transformative sequences.

Since beginning her meditation and movement journey in 2016, Cass has discovered the profound power of gentle awareness and inner connection. Her teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to become experts of their own bodies, trusting their inner wisdom through each practice. She believes every person's path to peace is beautifully unique.

Known for her playful approach, Cass weaves smiling and laughter into her sequences, encouraging students relax into poses with ease (and a bit of fun!). Her inclusive classes welcome all bodies, with each flow thoughtfully designed to honor where students are in their practice. Rather than prescriptive instruction, she offers invitations to explore what feels right. Through her teaching, Cass aims to create a container where students can reconnect with themselves, celebrate their bodies, and discover the joy within mindful movement.

A lifelong learner, Cass finds inspiration both on and off the mat. When not playing on her mat, she enjoys hiking, standing in awe of the ocean, gardening, walking barefoot in the woods, and stopping to smell the flowers in bloom around her neighborhood. When not playing outside, Cass can be found researching a nuanced nutrition topic, tending to her many houseplants, or experimenting in the kitchen with a new recip
