Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can begin anywhere. Our teachers can support you wherever you are within your body and can offer modifications if needed.

  • An open heart and mind, a mat, and water bottle. We have water available as well as mats and props should you need.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own mat, and we also have mats available.

  • Yes! We have a bathroom and shower that you can use. Please bring your own toiletries should you need to use the shower.

  • The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class or your 1:1 session with our practitioners.

    • n the event of inclement weather, Four Bodies Community Wellness Center will likely cancel morning and daytime classes on weekdays if the Eliot Public School system has cancelled classes. However, in non-emergency situations, classes may run during school cancellations at the teachers’ discretion. Always check the online schedule.

    • Evening class cancellation will be determined by mid-afternoon and will be posted on the online schedule.

    • Weekend cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted on the online schedule and may be determined to be necessary shortly before the earliest class.

    • From time to time, a class may need to be cancelled for unforeseen and/or last minute circumstances. We will always do our best to avoid this, but in the event it is unavoidable, we will contact those who are pre-registered for a class and also post the cancellation on the web site.

    • In the event of any cancellation on the studio’s part for a class that you have registered for, your class pass will remain available for another class.

  • Adult classes may not have children attend. If you feel your young child (8+ years old) is self sufficient than they may stay in our lobby area during the duration of class.

  • Drop-ins are welcomed, and we would appreciate it if you can reserve your class so that we ensure there’s enough space for all.

  • There’s ample free parking in the studio parking lot.
