Sarah Stray is an Akashic Record Healer, Wisdom Architect, and Soul Activator who guides clients beyond limiting patterns and into their inner knowing. Rooted in the Akashic Records, her work blends precise word weaving with energetic attunement to create deeply felt, coherence-building activation.

Through Boxless Coaching and Akashic healings, Sarah supports clients in releasing ancestral patterns, hidden programs, and blocks while reconnecting with their Soul’s innate wisdom and gifts—translating insight into embodied, everyday change. For those called deeper, she offers Soul Emergence, an intuitive 1:1 container led by the client’s Akashic field.

Her sessions often include visualization-based healing guided by the Record Keepers, allowing clients to experience shifts in real time. She is especially attuned to themes of purpose, relational and business blocks, and long-held inner narratives—meeting clients with resonance shaped by her own lived healing of abandonment, worthiness, money wounds, and grief.

Based on the New Hampshire seacoast, Sarah offers workshops, group clearings, and private sessions. She is a certified Akashic Records consultant, a master facilitator, a mother of twin teenage girls, and a devoted student of growth, beauty, and Soul.
