A Different Kind of Gathering Place

We believe something important is missing.
In a world that's more connected than ever, many of us have never felt more alone.

We've forgotten what it feels like to know our neighbors. To gather without an agenda. To share a meal, an idea, a laugh, or a difficult conversation. To learn from people whose lives look different from our own. Four Bodies exists to help bring that back.

Yes, you'll find yoga classes, workshops, practitioners, and wellness experiences here- but they're only part of the story. What we're really creating is a place where community can grow. A place where questions are welcomed. Where conversations matter. Where it's okay to see the world differently and still choose kindness. Where listening is valued as much as speaking, and where disagreement doesn't have to become division. We believe resilient communities are built one relationship at a time. They grow when people share what they know, offer a helping hand, celebrate life's milestones together, support one another through challenges, and remember that everyone has something valuable to contribute.

Whether you're here to teach a class, host a gathering, celebrate a birthday, start a book club, learn a new skill, meet a friend, or simply sit with a cup of tea, you belong.

Because wellness isn't just about taking care of ourselves.
It's about taking care of each other.

Welcome to Four Bodies.
Let's build something meaningful-together.

Meet the Visionary & Mother Behind Four Bodies

Woman sitting in a lush, sunlit garden with green plants and trees, smiling at the camera, wearing a white sleeveless top, earrings, and with visible tattoos on her left arm.

Four Bodies was born from a deep desire to create a space for community—one where everyone can find something meaningful to connect with, no matter where they are on their journey.

After many years in the wellness field, I’ve had the honor of learning from brilliant teachers, gifted lightworkers, wise guides, and even strangers whose words stayed with me. These encounters shaped my path, and I wanted to create a space where those voices, gifts, and practices could be shared—openly, accessibly, and with heart.

This is also where my two worlds come together: my life as a mother, and my love for movement, the healing arts, deep connection, and continuous learning. I envisioned a space that supports the whole self—and the whole family. A place where children, parents, and people of all ages feel welcome, supported, and invited into meaningful connection.

At Four Bodies, we honor every layer of being-offering space to explore, restore, and simply be. You’re invited, just as you are.

Whether it’s our tiniest yogis rolling on their mats, or our beloved elders honoring the wisdom of their bodies, there’s a class, a service, or a moment of peace here for you. Our wellness center is a living, breathing love letter to our community.

I can’t wait to meet you and welcome you, your family, your friends, and your whole beautiful self into this space.

You belong here.

With love,

Maggie
