Who we Are

 I have been a Seacoast resident for the past 30 years, enjoying the outdoors, reading, spending time with friends over coffee, and exploring all the wonderful spaces this area has to offer. 
      It has been an honor and a joy to share healing journeys with so many wonderful Reiki clients.  I am deeply passionate about energy work and the transformations that are possible when we make a commitment to bring  ourselves into alignment. 
     My Reiki practice provides a safe, loving space to relax, release, and promote healing.  Each session will focus on listening to each individuals intentions,  including any specific emotional or physical areas to be addressed, then allowing the beautiful energy of the Reiki to do its thing and flow. 
     I would love to meet you wherever you may be along your own healing journey.  The journey truly is yours, and I am simply the conduit for the energy of the Reiki to flow, and to support you along the way. Let’s create something beautiful together!
