With over 37 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, MaryBeth Murphy’s path into holistic healing began with the discovery of Reiki in 2016—a moment that transformed both her work and her life. As a woman in long-term recovery, she has learned that true healing happens when body, mind, and spirit reconnect.

MaryBeth now serves as a Holistic Nurse Coach and Reiki Master Teacher, offering Integrative Somatic Energy Healing—a braid of Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Acupressure—alongside Family Constellation facilitation, Yoga, and Retreat Leadership.

Her mission is to help others regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and remember their innate capacity for balance, connection, and peace.
