Yoga Teacher - Meditation

\Hi, I am Briella! My deepest hope as a teacher is that people leave my classes with a renewed sense of love and compassion for their minds and bodies. In a world that constantly tells us we’re not enough, it can feel almost impossible to meet ourselves with kindness—and yet movement has taught me that it is possible


I grew up as a technically trained dancer, spending over 10 years competing and performing. Dance was my first true love, shaping the way I understand alignment, expression, and what it means to take up space in your own body. 
My journey with anxiety and depression led me deeper into the practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. I hold a 200 RYT through Yoga Alliance, following my 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training at Samyama Meditation Center in Bali


I aim to create classes built on inclusivity, safety, and empowerment—spaces where students can move in ways that honor their bodies, free their minds, and fire up their souls.


In my free time I love to create art, tend to my garden, curl up with a good book (fantasy or historical fiction is my preferred companion) and host dinner parties with my friends. I  also love meeting new people, so if you're a book nerd, foodie or fellow creative—let's chat!
